"Brestskaya Zubrovka" – is a classical Belarusian bitter. Its sheer, slightly fiery aroma given to the beverage by a holy grass infusion will be to the taste to the most experienced gourmet. The harmonious and sustained composition gives to the bitter not only rich flavoring feelings, but also excellent preventive and medical qualities. The substances contained in the bitter stimulate appetite, effectively stimulate activities of the gastrointestinal tract.
Bitter "Brestskaya Zubrovka" received the name from the main component in the structure - herbs of holy grass which flavoring and aromatic features distinguish it from a general series of bitters.
Infused on the grass which bisons of Belovezhskaya Pushcha consider a favourite delicacy "Brestskaya Zubrovka" has a golden-green color and a sweetish taste.
The holy grass, such a unique natural component for infusion production, grows in the environmentally friendly area - Belovezhskaya Pushcha - the unique and largest area of the ancient woods. It is gathered manually in the middle of the summer, carefully dried up and added in the form of an extract to the high-quality rye alcohol made at the Brest plant "Belalco".
The bitter has a set of awards of various tasting competitions: "The best vodka", "GUST", the Grand Prix and the diploma of contest "Yalta. Gold griffin".
